Sesto Gusto means sixth taste; a mouthfeel and richness carbohydrates can give. This comfort gives the craving for pizza, bread, and most wheat-based dough. This depth drives us to explore new combinations deriving from the most genuine ingredients, making our way through the specialties of the regions of Italy and the world.

I am Massimiliano Prete. For years I have been experimenting with the best ways to combine the great tradition of pizza and the art of pastry, a taste for authentic
cuisine, and constant research on leavened products. I face the challenge of working the dough with my hands while adding ideas and innovation, creating light
and delicious pizza.

Mixed-yeast dough and a high degree of hydration; the long batch fermentation gives it a crisp texture and lingering aroma.
FA CROC®
Dough with a high percentage of all-wheat flour, enriching the traditional stuffed Roman focaccia with a toasted wheat flavor and unmistakable crispness.

LA PALA
50 cm long pizza, made to be shared by two people. A favorite of Enrico Crippa, who called it “A breath of fresh air.”
